On and off (and mostly on) since 2001 we have been working with Citizens Advice providing business analyst support on the basis of contracted professional days. Working with information, policy and ICT professionals from within the organisation we have contributed to the implementation of the new advice management recording system, defined reporting requirements for central government and local bureaux, and analysed activity-information nationwide

Currently we are providing business analyst services as part of a wider project team responding to the changing business requirements of Citizens Advice. This involves consulting with both key players at all levels within the organisation and partner agencies to specify clear reporting requirements that meet current and future business needs at a local and national level.
